Some types of coffee machines make stronger,
darker beverages, other make stronger, more robust drinks and there are
machines that come with lots of settings to allow the owner to prepare coffee
of the perfect strength, color and aroma. All coffee machines are suitable for
brewing perfect drinks – here are a few tips to make your dark delight perfect,
too:
-
Use whole beans – pre-ground,
pre-packaged coffee might be easier to use, but freshly ground beans offer an
experience that is worth the effort. Whatever type of machine you use, grind
your coffee right before preparing your coffee, the difference will be huge, buy coffee beans from coffee vendors for offices;
-
Store your beans the right way
– the aromas in roasted whole beans can deteriorate if they are exposed to air
for too long, so store your beans either in sealed containers that feature a
one-way valve or in airtight jars;
-
The grinding process – freshly
ground coffee is at its best for around half an hour from the grinding, so try
to grind only the amount that you will use in one go and start the brewing
within the timeframe. The coarseness of the coffee is also important – drip
machines work best with medium grinds, while espresso machines like fine
grinds.
